Clean sport · documented medicine
WADA compliance is built into every treatment.
All treatments and therapies in our clinic are planned and performed in accordance with the current World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List and International Standards. We do not prescribe, apply or recommend any substances or methods that are banned in sport.
Our treatment framework
Modern regenerative care within anti-doping rules
Our work focuses on therapies that support recovery without compromising an athlete’s anti-doping status. Permitted does not mean undocumented: we treat compliance as part of the medical procedure itself.
Advanced prolotherapy
Regenerative injection therapies, including advanced prolotherapy and similar techniques, are performed using permitted solutions. Every active ingredient, local injection site, administered volume, route, date and exact time are recorded.
Permitted solutions onlyOxygen and hydrogen inhalation
Supplemental oxygen by inhalation is expressly excluded from WADA’s prohibited manipulation of blood and blood components. Oxygen and molecular hydrogen inhalation are used without a prohibited substance or prohibited method.
Non-prohibited inhalationPhysical and biophysical methods
Red and near-infrared light, therapeutic ultrasound, tecar therapy, magnetotherapy and related physical methods are selected according to the injury and are not prohibited methods under the current List.
Physical modalitiesVitaminisation and nutritional support
Standard vitamins, minerals and nutritional support are provided within allowed limits. Ingredients, administration route and relevant treatment volumes are reviewed and documented, including the WADA rules that apply to intravenous infusions or injections. After every treatment, each athlete receives a fully personalised list of all individually checked supplements and preparations that may be used within their treatment plan, specifying the manufacturer, exact amount or volume, route of administration and application site.
Ingredients and volumes checkedThe compliance protocol
Clear before treatment. Traceable afterwards.
The goal is not simply to say that a treatment is permitted. The goal is to create a clear medical record that can be understood by the athlete, team doctor, club, federation or doping control officer.
Pre-treatment review
On request, we can provide a therapeutic list of medicines in advance, including all substances that may be used during treatment. Competition timing, administration route and the current WADA status are considered before treatment begins.
Controlled treatment
Only permitted substances and methods are used within our standard athlete treatment protocols. Injection and infusion volumes are controlled in accordance with the applicable WADA method rules.
Session-specific WADA summary
After each treatment, you receive a WADA summary document listing all substances and methods that may be used during that session, together with a fully personalised list of the checked supplements and preparations that may be used within your treatment plan. The manufacturer, exact amount or volume, route of administration, application site, date and exact time are documented.
Documentation for sport authorities
The document can be given directly to a doping control officer during testing, or to your team doctor, club or federation for their records. If required, we can provide additional medical clarification to the athlete’s authorised medical team.
After every session
Your treatment is documented, not merely described.
Each session produces a practical record of what was used, how it was administered and when it was given. This allows the athlete and the relevant medical or anti-doping personnel to review the treatment precisely.
Prepared for the athlete’s medical and anti-doping records.
Important distinctions
What WADA compliance means in practice
Substances and methods both matter
A permitted ingredient can still require attention to its route, dose, timing or total volume. For this reason, we assess the complete treatment—not only the product name.
In-competition timing matters
Some medicines have different status in and out of competition. Treatment timing is therefore part of the clinical and anti-doping review.
Intravenous volumes are tracked
WADA prohibits intravenous infusions and/or injections of more than a total of 100 mL per 12-hour period except in the specifically permitted clinical settings stated in the Prohibited List. Relevant volumes are therefore recorded precisely.
Supplements require caution
Standard vitamins and nutritional support can be permitted, but supplement contamination or undeclared ingredients remain a recognised risk. Product choice and traceability matter.
Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE)
According to the current WADA Prohibited List, the therapies used in our standard clinic protocols are classified as permitted and do not require a Therapeutic Use Exemption.
If a prohibited medication or method ever becomes medically necessary, it is not incorporated silently into treatment. The athlete and authorised team medical staff must be informed and the appropriate TUE pathway must be considered before use whenever the rules require it. We can support your team medical staff with additional documentation or clarification.
Athlete responsibility remains important
Under anti-doping strict liability, the athlete remains responsible for substances found in their body. Our role is to reduce avoidable risk through treatment selection, current-rule review and precise documentation. Athletes should declare during doping control all medications, supplements and recent treatments received in our clinic, as well as anything taken or received outside the clinic. We offer consultation regarding externally obtained supplements; however, we cannot guarantee the actual composition, purity or WADA status of any supplement that was not supplied by our clinic.
