Leg was swollen with big hematoma and painful on any movement. Player was offered operation with approximate time of recovery about 12 months but with possibility of unsuccessful recovery.
He decided to try our regeneration conservative therapy, which consisted of ultrasound guided injections to injured site.
After 14 days clinically player was able to walk normal and pain during normal walking was gone. Repeated MRI after 18 days showed great progress in swelling and hemoralgia reduction and signs of tendon regeneration.
